By ordering any MedcoSouth™ product you specifically agree not to resell or offer for sale any MedcoSouth product without prior written permission, doing so also voids the guarantee.

Please include shipping address, phone number or e-mail address, the product name, quantity and price. Payment can be made by credit card, money order, certified funds or personal check. If you elect to pay by credit card, please supply your credit card number, expiration date & the Cardholders exact name & billing address. If you wish to pay by a personal check, your checking account must be with a U.S. Bank and we do require 2 additional weeks processing time for your check to clear our bank account. Payment by certified funds, money order or personal check must be in U.S. Dollars and payable to MedcoSouth. Additionally, please include $5.95 for shipping & handling for USA orders or $29.95 for international orders.

Billing & Shipping Information you supplyFor added credit card security, an order cannot be processed if the Cardholders name and billing address does not match exactly to what is on file with the credit card issuing bank or if we cannot verify this credit card information supplied.
My credit card shows charged but the transaction was canceled or not finally completed?
Authorized pending charges may show up on your credit statement. If your credit or debit card was declined or if we void or cancel the authorization or if we put through a charge and then void it, your credit card bank may still show the authorized or pending amount on your credit card statement. This amount will typically, within 2 - 10 days, drop off according to your credit card bank's policy. Please understand, the length of time a voided or canceled charge remains on your credit card account is something we have no control over, but again is the policy of your credit card issuing bank.
Payment Option 2: Money Order, Certified Funds or Personal Check
Payment can be made by money order, certified funds or personal check. Additionally, if you wish to pay by a personal check, your checking account must be with a U.S. Bank and we do require 2 additional weeks processing time for your check to clear our bank account. Payment must be in U.S. Dollars and payable to MedcoSouth, LLC. ● Orders begin being processed within 1 business day after being placed.
● Most orders are shipped within 1 business day.
● After placing an order you will receive an email confirming your order.
● "Business Days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
● Due to cutoff times by our shipper, orders received after 11:00 AM central time may not be processed until the following business day.
● Shipping and billing information you supply must be able to be verified. If we cannot verify this information, your order may be delayed or canceled.
Shipping Options & Cost:
USA Shipping & Handling $5.95 (Average Delivery 1-3 Business Days).
International Shipping & Handling $29.95** (Average Delivery 6-10 Business Days to destination Country customs). These are estimates only by USPS and are not guaranteed. Once the package reaches the destination Country it is your responsibility to track and or expedite through customs if needed. We are not in a position to assist once it reaches your country and can not be held responsible for delays or non delivery.
Order Shipping & Delivery Schedule:
** You are solely responsible for insuring any products you order are legal for import into your country, and any duties or taxes imposed by your country. Refunds will only be issued on products, less shipping, that are returned to MedcoSouth Healthcare. Shipments traveling outside of the United States may incur customs fees, duties, and/or taxes upon arrival. We have no advance knowledge of such fees, cannot manipulate the values, and cannot pay potential fees for you. You are responsible for any importation costs that may arise.
● Our standard shipping is by United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail (No Signature Required) with average delivery after shipment of 1-3 business days. If you desire "Signature Required" you must enter the option at checkout at time of order. If you do not select "Signature Required" it will be shipped with "Delivery Conformation" and you expressively agree it will be deemed delivered if tracking # shows delivered. At time of shipment, a USPS Tracking Number is issued and a USPS shipping notification is sent to your email address for order tracking.
●Orders received after 11:00am central time may be delayed shipping 1 business day.
● "Business Days" do not include weekends or holidays. Example..If you place an order with us on Friday, the 1st business day starts on Monday, unless that was a holiday, then it would be Tuesday. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days. When determining delivery of your order, please use this a guide or contact if you have questions.
● Once your order has shipped, you will be sent an e-mailed message or called confirming your order shipment and given the order tracking number. To track your order go to www.USPS.com and enter you tracking number. If your order shipped by another carrier, we will give you that carrier's website when we give you your tracking number.
● Signature may be required at time of delivery on some orders.
● Order Shows Delivered, But You Did Not Receive It: If tracking your order shows it was delivered, but you did not receive it, you must contact us within 5 days of the delivery date shown by the shipping service (USPS, UPS, etc.) for any credit or reshipment of product to be considered.
● Order Delivery Delayed Due to Acts of Nature: MedcoSouth shall not be liable and will not issue any refund or credit if an order delivery is delayed due to causes beyond the shipping carrier's control, including, but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters or weather delays.
● Undeliverable Orders: Please note, should an order shipped to you be returned back to us due to either being refused, unclaimed or because of an incorrect shipping address you had given us, you will be charged a $5.00 order reprocessing fee plus a minimum $5.95 shipping and handling (S/H) fee for re-shipment. Actual additional (S/H) charges will depend on the carrier and service used, along with the re-shipment location. Prior to any re-shipment, we will inform you of the returned order, the return processing fee and the added (S/H) charges to your order for re-shipment. If you elect not to have us re-ship the products to you, we will issue you a refund for the order total less a 15% Restocking Fee and the Original Shipping Cost. If the returned shipment was a result of our error, you will not be charged any additional (S/H) fees and the products will be re-sent to you.If we have begun processing your order, you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee (minimum $5.00) per item canceled. Order processing starts no more than 1 business days of order receipt. However, you will not be charged any change/cancellation fees to add items, change items, or canceled your order anytime prior to processing the order . An order cannot be changed or canceled after it has shipped. In the event your order has already shipped, any changes or cancellation would be charged a Restocking Fee as stated in our Return & Exchange Policy.
